Cheryl Marsden is certified by SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management) as an SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources).  Cheryl has a B.A. in Business with an emphasis in Organizational Communications and a M.S. in Adult Education/Training and Development.

Cheryl has over 20 years of human resource experience, working with both Public and Private employers.  Her experience has been in health care, education, telecommunications and government.  She has negotiated labor contracts and been trained in Interest Based Bargaining by FMCS (Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service). Cheryl has travelled extensively across the United States offering public seminars on a variety of HR topics.

Cheryl was awarded the Competent Communicator Award by Toastmaster’s International and is also a member of NSA (National Speaker’s Association), ATD (Association for Talent Development) and the Tampa Christian Chamber of Commerce.  Cheryl volunteers for Dress for Success, Tampa Bay.
